I took a #1004 lamp (at 10 o'clock above) and carefully cracked the glass and element out of it..
Then I used a 12v LED w/built in resistors. (at 11 o'clock above)
I then epoxyed it into the BA15D Base. (See 1 o'clock above).
You can see my Dail light lit w/ a red LED.
This shot was taken by putting the items on my scanner! They diallights show up pretty well in daylight.
(good emnough for me anyway!)
